Real Estate 101:
When and How to Sell Your Home
Deciding whether or when to sell one's home is often an intimidating prospect. Breaking down the process into small and manageable steps can help reduce anticipatory stress as a homeowner gains a greater understanding about the actual experience of selling real estate. Join us for a brief presentation followed by plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
Speaker Rebecca Mayer: Prior to re-joining
Residential Properties Ltd.
in 2006, Rebecca spent nine years as founder and principal broker of the Real Estate Collaborative where she continued her work in residential real estate and multi-family sales in the greater Providence area. Rebecca obtained her broker's license in 1990 and became certified as a residential appraiser in 1992. Her background in Buyer representation is extensive; she equally enjoys and appreciates the listing side of the business as well. Rebecca is licensed to sell real estate in Rhode Island and in Massachusetts. Rebecca and her husband Josh Rosenthal currently reside on the East Side of Providence, having moved from Rehoboth, MA in 2009. Their daughter Lindsay (27) attends the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor and their son Nick (25) works as a research assistant at the Providence VA Hospital. Rounding out the household is a toy labradoodle named Attie and a Cockapoo rescue named Sam.
